My recent stay at Rotana surpassed all expectations with its impeccable service and attention to detail. the restaurant not only offered delectable cuisine but also provided a delightful ambiance, making every meal a memorable experience. the front desk staff were not only friendly but also responsive to any feedback, ensuring a truly personalized stay. the tranquil grounds and our exquisitely designed room provided a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. I was especially impressed by the hotel's commitment to preserving nature, evident in the abundance of birds that surrounded the resort, creating a serene atmosphere. the thoughtful gesture of the beautifully arranged room upon arrival truly exemplified the level of care and dedication from the Rotana team.
